What this intake does

It saves your signed-in account identifier, contact email, questionnaire answers, uploaded files and their labels for an editorial consultation. Drafts remain saved until you return; submission marks a brief ready for review. No email confirmation or automatic publication is triggered.

Who can access it

You can reopen your own brief and download your own materials. Other site visitors cannot browse them. The site owner and authorized platform operators can access stored submissions for operation and review. This pilot is not a contractual confidentiality or manuscript-escrow service.

AI processing and publication

This intake does not send manuscripts to a language-model API or generate an edition from your upload. Any later AI processing, service terms, rights and release permissions must be agreed before development begins. The public example uses separate demonstration content.

What to share now

Use material you are authorized to provide. Do not upload patient information, identifying clinical cases, credentials or third-party confidential information. For sensitive unpublished work, agree confidentiality and handling terms with your Bounded Editions contact before uploading.

Retention and corrections

Materials remain saved in this pilot; automatic expiry is not configured. Ask your Bounded Editions contact to correct or delete a submitted brief and its files. Draft answers can be edited before submission. A formal retention schedule and client agreement are required before a wider launch.
